Clinical note

No single precipitating event identified. Patient simply became aware that it was Monday, and that this would happen again.

Recurs most weeks at this level. Patient has stopped noticing, which is its own finding. Every declared aggravator is domestic, an empty week ahead among them. The complaint is occupational. The load is not.

Ambulatory. Patient may return to work unaided.

Prescription

  1. Buy food you would actually eat. Sunday evening is not the time for ambition.
  2. Open one window. Winter is not a contraindication.
  3. Put a timer on the admin. Forty minutes, and then it is Sunday again.
